Billing and payment questions
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider in US dollars. If a payment fails or you were charged incorrectly, email us with your policy number and the date of the charge and we will resolve it.
Policy changes and cancellations
To change coverage, add a certificate holder or cancel a policy, contact support with your policy number. See our cancellation and refund policy for details.
