Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to cancel
Email support@biberkinsurance.com or call +1 312-604-5253 with your policy number and the date you want cover to end. Monthly subscriptions can also be cancelled from your customer dashboard. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
Cooling-off period
If you cancel within 14 days of purchase and no claim has been made, you receive a full refund of the premium paid.
After 14 days
Annual policies are refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the term, less any applicable fees and any claim already paid. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing period; the current month is not refunded.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Duplicate payments and charges made in error are refunded in full. Tell us within 60 days of the charge.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method in US dollars, normally within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
Non-refundable items
Policy fees, surcharges and taxes required by law, and premium for any period in which a claim was paid, are not refundable.
